These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and the trash can cleaning services provided by Bin Patrol Cleaning Co., LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a service or using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a service.

1. Definitions

• “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bin Patrol Cleaning Co., LLC.
• “You” and “your” refer to the person using this website or receiving our services.
• “Service” means the cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing of trash, recycling and yard waste containers.

2. The service we provide

We clean and sanitize curbside containers at the service address on your subscription. Cleaning is performed on or near your regular trash collection day, after your containers have been emptied by your waste hauler.

We do our best to arrive within the scheduled window, but exact arrival times are not guaranteed. Route order can change because of traffic, weather, equipment problems or hauler delays.

3. What we need from you

So we can clean your containers, you agree to:

• leave containers at the curb on your scheduled day until we have cleaned them;
• make sure containers have been emptied by your hauler before we arrive;
• keep the area around the containers clear and accessible, including gates and pets;
• tell us in advance about anything unusual in or around your containers.

If your containers are not out, not accessible, or still full when we arrive, we may not be able to clean them. In that case the service counts as delivered for that cycle and is not refunded. Let us know ahead of time and we will reschedule where we can.

4. Things we cannot clean

We may refuse to clean a container that holds hazardous waste, construction debris, medical waste, animal waste, paint or chemicals, or that is damaged, leaking or infested. We will tell you if this happens and why.

5. Pricing, billing and cancellation

Prices are those shown on our website or on your written quote at the time you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule you selected until you cancel. Additional containers are charged at the extra-can rate listed for your plan.

You may cancel at any time by contacting us at info@binpatrol.onmicrosoft.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by law.

We may change our prices. If we do, we will give you notice before the change applies to your subscription.

6. Weather and interruptions

We may delay or skip service because of freezing temperatures, storms, or anything else that makes cleaning unsafe or ineffective. Where a cycle is missed for this reason we will either reschedule it or credit it to your account.

7. Property and damage

We take care around your property. Containers are cleaned with high-temperature water and returned to where we found them. Normal wear, fading, existing cracks and pre-existing damage are not our responsibility. If you believe we damaged something, tell us within seven days so we can look into it.

8. Website content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, we or our licensors own the content, design, text, graphics and logos on this website. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not republish, sell, sublicense, reproduce or commercially exploit any part of this website without our written permission, and you may not use the site in any way that damages it or breaks the law.

9. Content you submit

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or other material, you keep ownership of it and you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. You confirm that the material is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

10. Privacy

Information you give us is used to provide and bill for the service, and to contact you about it. We do not sell your personal information.

11. No warranties

This website is provided “as is”. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of its content. Our cleaning service is provided with reasonable care and skill, but we do not warrant that every stain, mark or odor can be removed from every container.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Please check back from time to time.
